Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply when you visit Clash Picks or use its client guides, download links, and configuration resources. Read them before downloading software, importing configurations, or changing network settings. Site content is for learning and technical reference only; it does not replace software licenses or constitute legal advice.
1. Site Purpose and Content
Clash Picks helps users choose clients and find configuration resources, covering Clash ecosystem clients, cores, and related usage guides. Software is developed, released, and maintained by its respective open-source project or provider. Featuring software does not make this site its developer, operator, or proxy service provider.
Configuration snippets in our guides explain fields and workflows. They may need adjustments to work with a complete configuration, system permissions, and the client’s actual features. Examples are not production-ready solutions and do not include access to a working proxy service. Get authorization from the administrator before using them on work devices, servers, or shared networks.
2. Legal Use and User Responsibilities
You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in any region affected by your use, as well as device policies, network access rules, and applicable service terms. Do not use site materials or featured software for unlawful activity, including unauthorized system access, data theft, privacy violations, illegal content distribution, or disruption of network operations.
Before installing or using software, confirm that you have the necessary permissions, that your intended use is lawful, and that your configuration comes from a legitimate source. Do not obtain someone else’s subscription or account information by falsifying its source, impersonating another person, or bypassing authorization controls. Keep subscription URLs, account credentials, and control interface access details secure. Never expose sensitive information on public pages, in log screenshots, or in shared files.
3. Availability and Limitation of Liability
We provide resources and links as they are currently available, without guaranteeing that they will always be complete, accurate, or suitable for every environment. Project updates, operating system differences, upstream service changes, and network conditions may change download links, interface labels, or setup steps. Refer to the software project’s current documentation for supported features and environments.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no guarantees about the availability of third-party software or services, connection performance, or configuration compatibility. We are not liable for connection interruptions, data loss, device failures, or business impacts resulting from the use of related resources or software. Back up important files before changing configurations, and keep a copy of your original settings and recovery instructions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Third-party software, app stores, and services have their own terms, which these site terms do not replace.
4. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses
The names, logos, code, and documentation of each software project belong to their respective rights holders. We use project names and related marks to identify software and explain technical relationships. This does not imply that we are affiliated with, authorized by, or commercially partnered with any project.
Open source does not mean giving up rights. Before copying, modifying, distributing, or using software in another project, review the applicable version of its license and comply with relevant requirements, such as attribution, preserving license notices, and providing source code. Different clients and their dependencies may use different licenses; do not assume one core’s license applies to all software. When citing original material from this site, credit the source and retain enough context to avoid changing its meaning.
5. Changes to These Terms and Issue Reporting
We may revise these terms when our content scope, technical implementation, or applicable rules change. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised accordingly. The new terms apply to use from the time they are published. Any matters requiring separate notice under applicable law will be handled as required.
Before continuing, review the terms relevant to how you use the site. If you do not accept them, stop using the resources and links provided here. For configuration questions, common errors, and troubleshooting details to include in feedback, start with the Quick Start Guide. When reporting an issue, include the client name, operating system, and steps to reproduce it, and remove subscription URLs and account credentials. Report problems with the software itself according to the relevant project’s public issue submission guidelines.
